Terms of Service

avideoai lets you upload a product photograph, choose a style, describe the motion you want, and receive a short generated video. The generation is performed by third-party AI models, not by us — see section 8.

Output is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that any particular generation will match your description, be usable, or be of a particular quality. Credits are consumed when a job is submitted, not when you like the result.

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you sign in with and for everything done through your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not create an account on behalf of someone else without their authority.

One person or business, one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade a limit, a suspension, or a refund decision is a breach of these terms.

• Credits are bought in packs and are the only way to pay for a generation. They are not money, do not accrue interest, and have no cash value outside the service.
• Credits do not expire while your account is open and in good standing.
• The Cinematic style costs 2 credits and the Premium style costs 4. We may change these prices for future purchases; credits you have already bought are not revalued.
• A credit is spent when a job is submitted. If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side or the provider's, the credits for that job are returned to your balance automatically.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details — see our Privacy Policy. Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of any tax that may apply where you are.

Purchases are one-time. There is no subscription and nothing recurring is charged.

Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of the purchase that bought them. Credits that have been spent on a generation are not refundable, because the generation has already been paid for on our side. The full policy, including how chargebacks are handled, is in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

This is the part of these terms we enforce most strictly, and a breach may result in immediate suspension without refund. You must not upload any photograph, or attempt to generate any video, that:

• depicts a real, identifiable person without that person's explicit consent — including any attempt to create a “deepfake”, to place a real person in a scene they were never in, or to imply their endorsement;
• is sexual or intimate imagery of any person, or any sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor. Content of this kind is reported to the relevant authorities;
• you do not have the rights to. You must own the product photograph you upload or have permission from the rights holder;
• infringes anyone's trade mark, copyright, or design rights, or is intended to pass your goods off as someone else's;
• depicts violence, self-harm, or illegal activity, or is intended to harass, threaten, or defame anyone;
• is intended to deceive — false advertising, fabricated testimonials, or misrepresenting what a product does.

Our AI providers apply their own content filters in addition to this policy, and may refuse a job independently of us. If you believe content on this service breaches this section, email support@avideoai.com.

You keep all rights in the photographs you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store them and to transmit them to our AI providers for the sole purpose of generating your video.

As between you and us, you own the videos you generate, and you may use them commercially — in advertising, on your product pages, and on social platforms. Two caveats you should understand: AI output may not be capable of copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and your use remains subject to our providers' own terms, which we pass through in section 8.

We may not use your photographs or your generated videos to train models, and we do not use them for marketing without asking you first.

Generations are performed by third parties. The Cinematic style uses MiniMax (Hailuo 2.3) and the Premium style uses Google (Veo 3.1). Your photograph and your prompt are sent to the relevant provider to produce the video, and your use is additionally subject to that provider's acceptable-use terms.

Providers change. We may substitute a model or a provider — including for a style you have used before — where the previous one is discontinued or no longer viable for us to run. We will not change the credit cost of a generation you have already paid for.

Generated videos are stored for 90 days, after which the file is deleted and the entry in your library is marked as expired. Uploaded photographs are kept on the same schedule. Download anything you want to keep — once a file is deleted we cannot recover it, and no refund is due for a video that was delivered and available for 90 days.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may suspend the service for maintenance, and we may stop offering it entirely — if we do, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused credits.

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@avideoai.com.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — particularly section 6 — or where we reasonably suspect fraud or payment abuse. Where we close an account for a breach, unused credits are not refunded. Where we close it for any other reason, they are.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, stop using the service and ask us to refund any unused credits.

The governing law for these terms has not yet been stated on this page. If you need to know it before you buy, email support@avideoai.com and we will confirm it in writing.
