Privacy Policy

avideoai operates avideoai.com and is the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything in this policy — including a deletion request — email support@avideoai.com.

• Your email address and Google account identifier. Received from Google when you sign in. We do not receive your Google password, and we never see it.
• The product photographs you upload. Stored privately and readable only by you and by our servers.
• Your prompts and generation history. What you asked for, which style, when, what it cost, whether it succeeded, and the resulting video.
• Purchase records. What you bought, when, how much it cost, and a Stripe reference. We never receive or store your card number — that goes directly to Stripe.
• Basic technical logs. Errors and request records generated by our hosting, used to keep the service working and to investigate abuse.

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell personal data, and we do not build profiles for marketing.

We process your email, uploads, prompts and generation history to perform the contract you entered into when you created an account — without them there is no service to provide. We process purchase records to comply with tax and accounting law. We process technical logs, and act on suspected abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available.

Only the following, and only for the purposes listed. Each is an independent company with its own privacy policy, which we suggest you read if this matters to you.

• Google — sign-in. Google confirms your identity and gives us your email address.
• Supabase — our database and file storage. Your account record, uploads and videos live here.
• Stripe — payments. Stripe handles your card details directly; we receive only a reference, the amount, and whether it succeeded.
• MiniMax — generates videos for the Cinematic style (Hailuo 2.3). Receives your photograph and your prompt.
• Google (Veo) — generates videos for the Premium style (Veo 3.1). Receives your photograph and your prompt.
• Our hosting and CDN providers — run the site and deliver it to your browser.

Some of these process data outside your country, including in the United States. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to investigate a credible report of the prohibited content described in our Terms.

• Generated videos and uploaded photographs — 90 days, then the files are deleted automatically. The library entry remains so you can see what you made and what it cost.
• Account and generation history — while your account is open, and deleted when you ask us to close it.
• Purchase records — kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically several years, even after your account is closed. We cannot delete these on request.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to do all of the following, and we will not charge you or make it difficult:

• Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your account and data. This removes your profile, uploads, videos and generation history. Purchase records are retained as described in section 5, and deletion forfeits any unused credits — so if you want a refund for those, ask for it before you ask for deletion.
• Object to or restrict what we do with your data, and withdraw consent where we relied on it.
• Take your data to another service in a portable format.

Email support@avideoai.com to exercise any of these. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Your uploads and generated videos are held in private storage. They are not publicly accessible and are not listable — access requires a short-lived link issued to you after we have checked you are signed in and that the file is yours. Payment card details never reach our servers.

No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach affecting your personal data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

We set one kind of cookie: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is necessary for the service to function and is not used for tracking or advertising. Clearing it signs you out.

This service is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, email support@avideoai.com and we will delete it.

If we change this policy the date at the top of the page changes. For material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you by email before they take effect.
